Important: This code is required whenever you prescribe supplements from
fmihealth.com. Without it, your patients cannot purchase the prescribed items on the treatment plan.

3. What Your Invite Code Does:

Helps us identify your patients.
Links Patients to your account-It links your patient's purchases to your practitioner account, necessary for FMI to prepare billing and share billing information with you at the end of the month via email.
Lifetime Connection- Each patient remains attached to you for life, whether they return for future consultations or not, as long as our site remains operational.

How to Browse, Buy, and Prescribe:

1. Visit the “Practitioners” Tab:

'Practitioner's tab'-Here, you will find products organized by conditions, Categories, Brands, etc.

2. For Disease-Specific Protocols:

Check the 'Resources tab' for protocol guides detailing what products to use for specific conditions and recommended dosages.

3. Browse Categories:

Products are also segmented into categories such as: Amino Acids, Antioxidants, Children, Liquid Formulae, Powdered Products, Probiotics etc.

4. Browse Conditions:

2. Search for products using the search bar.

4. Discount: Automatically applied at checkout for registered practitioners.

First-Time Buyers: Important Steps for First-Time Purchases: Aramex KYC Requirement:

For first-time buyers, Our shipping partner, Aramex, will email requesting your Customer (KYC) verification. This is a ONE TIME ONLY mandatory requirement for customs. You will not need to do this process again given your KYC remains the same.
Please upload proof of ID on secured link provided by Aramex

Documents Required:

ID Proof: (Aadhar card, driver’s license, PAN card, etc.)
If your ID address doesn’t match your shipping address, please share a rental agreement ideally or electricity/gas bill.

What happens after I’ve paid for my cart?

Your order will start to process. If ordering from India, all first time buyers will need to go through a mandatory first time buyer KYC process for customs, even if you are a practitioner.
Once KYC process is completed, the supplements will arrive within 3-5 working days (excluding national holidays which may delay shipping). For more details on KYC, please read the FAQ's page (it is also at the bottom of home page).
