1. Register Yourself:
- Register Here: Start by creating your account.
2. Receive Your Invite Code:
- After registering, you'll immediately receive an email from info@fmihealth.com containing your Invite Code.

Important: This code is required whenever you prescribe supplements from
fmihealth.com. Without it, your patients cannot purchase the prescribed treatment plan.
3. What Your Invite Code Does:
- Your invite code helps us identify your patients.
- It links their purchases to your account, and at the end of each month, we’ll share their billing information with you via email.
- Lifetime Connection: Each patient remains attached to you for life, whether they return for future consultations or not, as long as our site remains operational. Billing information will be shared with you monthly.
4. Welcome Gift:
- As a token of our gratitude, we send a welcome gift to all registered practitioners. Please keep an eye out for emails from info@fmihealth.com. Make sure they don't end up in your spam or junk folder.
How to Browse, Buy, and Prescribe:
1. Visit the “Practitioners” Tab:
- Here, you will find products organized by conditions, Categories, Brands, etc..
- Check the Resources tab for protocol guides detailing what products to use for specific conditions and recommended dosages.
3. Browse Categories:
- Products are also segmented into categories such as: Amino Acids, Antioxidants, Children, Liquid Formulae, Powdered Products, Probiotics etc.
4. Browse Conditions:
- Products are also segmented into conditions such as: Anti-aging, Blood Sugar Support, Brain Support, Digestive Support, Immune Support, Inflammation Support, Sleep, Skin/Hair, etc.
How to Purchase for Yourself:
1. Sign in as a Practitioner.
2. Search for products using the search bar.
3. Add items to your cart.
4. Discount: Automatically applied at checkout for registered practitioners.
First-Time Buyers:
Important Steps for First-Time Purchases: FedEx KYC Requirement:
- For first-time buyers, FedEx may send multiple emails for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. We apologize for any inconvenience. Kindly forward all FedEx emails to info@fmihealth.com, and we will assist you in completing the process smoothly.
- ID Proof: (Aadhar card, driver’s license, PAN card, etc.)
- If your ID address doesn’t match your shipping address, please share a rental agreement.
- This is a one-time requirement for first-time shoppers, and we’re working diligently to resolve this issue to provide you with a hassle-free experience.

I’m searching for a product but can’t find it, and I keep getting an automatic spelling check message. What should I do?
- We are improving our search functionality. For now, please search for the exact product name. If you enter multiple products, the automatic message may interrupt your search.
What happens after I’ve paid for my cart?
- Thank you for your order! Your supplements will arrive within 3-5 working days (excluding national holidays which may delay shipping).
