Dosage--

Suggested usage: Mix one scoop (2.5g) of powder in warm (not boiling!) liquid and take twice daily, in the morning and in the evening. The dose in the evening is best taken before bed.

 

REZCUE works best taken in empty stomach, but if you feel any discomfort you can take it with small amount of food as well.

 

Note on thyroid medications. Please have at least 1 hour between REZCUE and taking your medication as these may inhibit each others efficiency.
