1. Betaine HCL increases the amount of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, crucial for digesting proteins, killing harmful bacteria, and absorbing minerals and vitamins from our food. Stress and ageing in particular can cause reduction in stomach acid.

Dosage--

Suggested use: Start with 1 capsule with each meal.
If your symptoms don’t change after 2 days, increase to 2 capsules per meal.
Repeat this process as needed and work up to 4 capsules per meal.
Stay with the dose that feels best, no need to take more.

 

If you feel any discomfort, irritation, or other side effects, reduce the dose.
Only take with meals, never on empty stomach.
