Each serving (1 scoop) of Acti-Mag Plus provides 400 mg of readily absorbed magnesium, complemented by taurine, organic beetroot juice, B-vitamins, and bamboo extract, to support the transport of the magnesium into RBCs.
Due to glycerophosphate as a carrier, the incidence of diarrhea is the lowest. It is best to take at bedtime empty stomach, as magnesium will combine with any fat available in the GI Tract and form an insoluble soap and thus reduce the magnesium absorption.
